If one has completed the elementary, middle and high school courses for over 12 years in two or more countries and his/her period
of school attending is inevitably 1 semester (6 months) short of 12 years due to difference in school between those countries, the student is admitted as an exceptional case.

Range of foreigners
- One whose nationality is not Korea
- For "foreign students who have completed education courses" and "foreigners who have completed all education courses", their parents' nationality is not questioned.
- Those with double-nationality and those without nationality are excluded (Those who will give up Korean nationality before the set time for special admission may be admitted conditionally and the period of school attending is calculated from the date of acquisition of the foreign nationality.)
- If one has completed the elementary, middle and high school courses for over 12 years in two or more countries and his/her period of school attending is inevitably 1 semester (6 months) short of 12 years due to difference in school system between those countries, the student is admitted as an exceptional case.

B. Application method
(1) Multiple applications to the school are not allowed.
(2) All documents in foreign language must be translated into Korean, and some documents need to be notarized.
(3) Original copies are returned after screening.
(4) If a document is under a different name, a document proving that it is the same person should be attached.
(5) Foreign students do not have the right to be a civil servant.
(6) Expectant graduates must submit a certificate of graduate-to-be and, after admitted, the certificate of graduation should be submitted additionally.
(7) In order to examine qualifications, additional documents may be demanded by the school.

Note 1) For all documents, the original and its certified copy should be submitted together. The original is returned after screening.

- Financial guarantor's certificate of bank account balance of over US$10,000 (deposited continuously for over 1 month) or a certificate of transfer or exchange of over US$10,000

※ If a document is necessary to confirm any fact afterward, the university may demand it additionally.
A. Those who are not qualified and whose documents submitted do not meet the requirements are excluded, and among the remaining applicants, students are selected in order of school record. However, foreign students whose parents are both foreigners, Koreans who have completed the whole education courses of elementary, middle and high school (over 12 years)in foreign countries, and North Korean defecters are selected without limitation in number.
B. Even if the number of applicants is more or less than the number of students to be admitted, if applicants' school record is too poor to be admitted, they will not be admitted.
A. Fill the application form and attached documents completely without omission.
B. If any fabrication or alteration of documents is found after admission, the admission or entrance is canceled.
C. If admission has registered two or more universites, the admission or entrance is canceled.
D. If admission is canceled because the applicant could not be reached due to wrong information (address and telephone number) on the application or for any other reason, the responsibility is solely in the applicant.
E. Even if one is admitted and registered, if the relevant authority refuses to issue visa or the the applicant is not allowed to enter Korea, the admission or entrance is canceled.
F. If ine's Korean language skill is considered no sufficient, the applicant shall be admitted in the next semester or the next year after completing the Korean language course.
G. Any matter not specified in this document shall be solely decided by the university.
